Yes. Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You can use the full product, get digests, and try alerts with your own cameras before any charge.
Do I need a Ring Protect subscription?
Yes. Beside Care reads short motion clips from your Ring cameras, and Ring requires an active Ring Protect subscription to make those clips available. Ring Protect is billed by Ring, not by Beside Care.
How does per-camera billing work?
Beside Care is $19.99 per camera per month. Multiply by however many cameras you monitor for the monthly Beside Care total. Ring charges separately for Ring Protect, billed by Ring.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime in the Ring Appstore, no phone call needed. Since Beside Care is billed through your Ring account, cancellation is one tap in the same place you manage Ring Protect and other Ring Appstore services.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are handled by Ring, per Ring's refund policy. The 14-day free trial is the best way to make sure Beside Care fits before any charge.
