See the shape of the day with Daily Rhythm
Daily Rhythm gives you a calm, at-a-glance sense of how the day unfolded. Instead of a stopwatch of raw numbers, a single soft bar shows the day in proportions: time at rest, time up and moving, and time out of view.
Where to find it: it appears as the Rolling rhythm card in your Daily Digest email, and in full on the Rhythm tab in the portal.
How to use it: in the portal, tap any day to see its detail, or switch cameras and time windows, 7, 14, or 30 days, to compare.
