Tell us what matters: the observation checklist
The observation checklist lets you tell us what matters most. Choose the everyday moments you want us to keep an eye on, and your summaries and reassurance focus on exactly those.
Where to find it: open Settings in the portal and find Observation Checklist.
How to use it: pick the moments that matter, from morning movement to evening wind-down, and toggle them on. You can revisit and adjust your list any time.
